Case Study 1 – Belmont Road, Crowthorne

The client owned a 2 bed, 1960’s dormer bungalow, in an area they loved, that was close to good schools and local amenities. However the client felt that they were starting to grow out of this property as a family. Larger properties in the area were outside of their price range, so they decided to extend and redesign the layout to provide an exceptional family home with enough space and flexibility to cope with modern family life.

CR Project Solutions worked with the client and their budget to design, build and renovate the property and gardens. We coordinated and managed every stage effectively, and completed the project in a very narrow time frame.

Case Study 2 – Eversley

This client had purchased a 2 bedroom, 1920’s semi detached cottage in a nice village. They desired some much needed space but bigger properties were too expensive. The property was in a great area and the clients were unwilling to move, but they were on a great plot that lent itself to a side and rear extension.

CR Project solutions worked with the client and their budget to design, build and renovate the property and gardens, from conception through to project completion, and managed to complete our work within an extremely economical budget. The property was extended to a 4 bedroom family home with a spacious, open plan kitchen/family room that opened out to a large patio area and rear garden.
