Case Study – Sandhurst Road, Crowthorne
A client had purchased an original and untouched 2 bedroom, 1960’s bungalow, in a fantastic, sought after location. It was within walking distance to shops and facilities, and was also in the catchment area for a number of highly regarded primary and secondary schools.
The property was on a large, but overgrown plot and had been bought with a view to redeveloping it into an individual, modern family home.
CR Project Solutions collaborated with the client and worked within their budget to design and build the property. We completed the project in a relatively short 6 month time frame, and transformed the building into a well-proportioned, spacious 4 bedroom property.
